At Cast HR we feel very strongly that clients are entitled to a consistent and transparent approach to consultation, giving them a clear view of performance and day-to-day access to information on their projects. For this reason, we have developed CASTrack™.
CASTrack™ is a recruitment intranet site that gives our retained and managed clients all the information they need on their own recruitment campaign in real time. Recruiting managers are supplied with a secure password that enables them to access their own private client area. Once inside this, clients can view information specific to their vacancy. We supply the names of jobsites and publications where we are currently advertising their vacancy as well as a copy of the job specification. We supply the dates when we are interviewing candidates for their vacancy, and a summary of our interpretation of each candidate. As well as this information, clients can watch a video recorded 2-minute presentation (for more information please see CASTview) by every candidate that we interview for their vacancy.
