The full process is presented via our CASTrack™ managed client area: all the client needs is a pc/laptop, an internet connection, and their secure Client Password codes. This service is designed specifically for busy senior managers, long distance recruitment projects and search projects that require confidentiality. Interview questions are formulated in consultation with our clients in advance of the video recordings. By pre-screening candidates in this way, we ensure that each video interview is tailored to our client’s needs and more importantly that applicants that are invited for interview read the same as their CV's.
Similarly we try to make sure that the candidates who apply to vacancies gain a true representation of the recruiting company. When possible, we invite clients to deliver a small vacancy and company presentation of their own, which is then digitally recorded for candidates to watch.
