Our client is an established developer, manufacturer and marketer of electronic systems. They are a worldwide brand known for their leading edge technology development, innovative solutions and enhanced worldwide delivery.

Role

Responsible for the English speaking regions and occasionally covering the German or French speaking regions, you will work with and support the sales managers in the delivery of professional customer service to their customers.Whilst liaising with the customers on any queries you will be logging all communication using the CRM. You will be directed by the sales managers to raise special quotes and updates using the sales forecasting tool. You will be expected to check all the received orders for passing onto the Order Processing team. All new account applications will be managed by you. The role may entail qualification of sales leads and you may attend trade shows as directed by the Customer Service Management. The call rate is quite low, although you are expected to do outgoing customer service calls (please note –THESE ARE NOT SALES CALLS)

Candidate

You will have previous experience of working within a busy customer service department, and as such will have excellent time management and prioritization skills. With a flexible can do attitude you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in communicating with internal and external customers via email, telephone and face to face. You will be reporting into customer service manager whilst working closely with the sales managers.

Experienced in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel, previous experience of using the Oracle system would be a distinct advantage as would experience is using a CRM system.

An extra European language is highly desirable – Either French or German
