• A face to face meeting with a CAST HR Director or Senior Manager to discuss the brief, company profile, job profile, candidate profile, project timescales and fees to perform the search.
• A demonstration of the soft services that might be used to aid the search process i.e. CASTrack or CASTview.
• Client pays the first third of the full fee.
• A detailed list of target companies is drawn up to satisfy the client’s needs.
• Depending on the type of project, we would perform one or a mixture of in-depth headhunts, bespoke advertising campaigns or networking lists.
• An agreed amount of Video interviews and CV’s for prospective candidates would be presented to the client.
• The second third of the final fee would be paid.
• The client would then choose their preferred candidates from the list of videos and CV’s with a view to interviewing the candidates face to face.
• Cast HR helps the client arrange face-to-face interviews.
• The client offers the job to their preferred candidate.
• Cast HR aids in the offer and starting of the client’s new employee.
• Cast is paid the final third of the fee.
• Cast continues to add support to the client and candidate until both parties feel our support is no longer needed.

During the whole process, clients can view the different stages of their retained project via CASTrack simply by logging into their client area.
